Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the content provider and take further action if necessary.
Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under applicable copyright laws. After reviewing the counter-notification, we may restore the content if appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
Affivance reserves the right to remove content and restrict access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
